Terms of Service

By accessing or using any EOIL services, including eoil.ltd, app.eoil.ltd, and the EOIL API (collectively, "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services. These Terms were last updated on 12 July 2025. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

EOIL provides a suite of financial technology tools, including: - AI Optimizer: machine-learning powered strategy optimization - FVD Modeling: financial vehicle design and backtesting - EOIL Wallet: digital token balance management and purchasing - Developer API: programmatic access to EOIL compute infrastructure Services are provided "as is" and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at our discretion.

You must create an account to use most Services. You are responsible for: - Maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials - All activity that occurs under your account - Ensuring your account information is accurate and up to date You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

EOIL uses a credit-based billing model. Credits are denominated in EOIL tokens at a rate of 1 EOIL = 1 USD. Payments are processed via Stripe. All purchases are final; EOIL does not offer refunds on consumed tokens. Unused token balances may be refunded at our discretion upon account closure, minus applicable processing fees. Token prices and compute rates may change with 30 days' notice.

EOIL tokens are utility credits for use within the EOIL platform. They are not securities, investments, or cryptocurrency. Tokens have no value outside the EOIL platform and cannot be transferred to third parties, sold, or exchanged for fiat currency except via the EOIL Wallet withdrawal process. On-chain transfers via Base Sepolia are experimental and subject to additional terms.

You agree not to use the Services to: - Violate any applicable laws or regulations - Transmit malware or engage in any activity that disrupts the Services - Conduct automated scraping or abuse of API rate limits - Attempt to reverse engineer or tamper with any EOIL systems - Engage in market manipulation or other fraudulent financial activity Violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension.

All EOIL software, designs, algorithms, and documentation are the property of EOIL and its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable licence to use the Services for your own purposes. You retain ownership of any data you provide to the Services. By submitting data, you grant EOIL a non-exclusive licence to process that data for the purpose of delivering the Services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EOIL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including financial losses arising from the use of or inability to use the Services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to EOIL in the three months preceding the claim.

You may close your account at any time via the account settings page. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms or if we are required to do so by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases. You remain responsible for all charges incurred prior to termination.
